42 Days of Pizza - Day 1

 

 

Hey everyone! Here are some details not mentioned in the video that you might like to know:

Starting weight: 142.6
Body Fat % (measured with calipers):  17.9%
Lean Body Mass: 117.07 lbs.
Pounds of Fat: 25.53 lbs.
Height: 5'7"

I'll post this "day one" photo next to a current photo each day throughout this challenge so you can see my progress. I honestly don't care about the scale OR my body fat percentage. But I know many people will be interested to see how / if the numbers change. 

 

Next week, before this challenge goes too much further, I would also like to get my cholesterol, blood pressure, etc., checked and then have it checked again at the end of the six weeks to see how those numbers are affected.

I didn't worry too much about it at the beginning because the purpose of this is not to encourage others to do this exact thing. The purpose is to help you gather the courage to start, knowing you won't have to give up your favorite foods forever.

Good for you ! Im alittle leery but Im following you . Im interested in the macros and how to do that . Im trying to lose these last ten pounds .

Go Rachel! Im an endomorph as well and struggling immensely with my horrible diet of broccoli, chicken and brown rice. Im not losing and miserable. Looking forward to following you!
