How is 12 Week Warrior different from other programs?
12 Week Warrior is a two-phase program designed to help you build lean muscle and shed unwanted body fat. Each workout will have you out of the gym in less than an hour, but will challenge you and help you achieve your fitness goals. We you want to feel strong and look great, but you have better things to do with your time than spending countless hours in the gym. Now you don't have to! You'll get a complete strength training and cardiovascular workout in 60 minutes or less.
What should you expect of yourself?
100% COMMITMENT. Life happens and you may miss a workout here and there, or you may go off plan with your diet occasionally, but expect to immediately pick yourself up and get back on track! Push yourself through every workout, and remember that you only get out of it what you put into it!
Will I receive any help if I have questions?
Yes! Along with this program you get access to our private Facebook group for you to connect with others doing the same program. We have a private group for women only! Will I receive a download link?
No. You will not receive a physical book. You will receive a PDF download after purchase, and your 12 Week Warrior program will be available to download a very limited number of times, so please keep track of the file!
